Retail Development Specialist

Our Account management teams create and build our relationships with merchants. Together, weâve helped big brands, local stores and neighborhood restaurants do over âŹ15 billionâs worth of business through our platform. Weâre constantly launching new cities and products, so there are always new opportunities to expand your skills and progress your career.
Weâre now looking for a Retail Development Specialist to join our team and help our retail partners succeed while expanding Wolt in Slovenia.
What youâll be doing
In this role, your main focus will be to assist our retail partners in maximizing their success, while taking an active role in planning marketing activities, selling new products, improving operational metrics, and offering general day-to-day support.
Day-to-day in this role youâll:
- Develop partners' success on the platform.
- Monitor their operational metrics and work with partners on improving them.
- Work with partners on improving their offer, promotions, and quality.
- Help troubleshoot partner challenges and coordinate with the relevant internal teams.
- Monitor key performance indicators and support partners in improving their results.
- Collaborate with operations, marketing, and sales to ensure partner success.
Our humble expectations
1â2 years in account management, customer support, retail ops, or similar.
- Bachelorâs degree or equivalent experience.
- Comfortable with data tools (e.g., Looker/Power BI) and CRM hygiene.
- Organized communicator; service-oriented and proactive; quick to learn new systems.
- Fluent in Slovenian and English.
