Key Responsibilities: Manage full-scope personnel administration in compliance with Polish labour law Maintain and update employee documentation (personnel files, contracts, amendments, records) Ensure accurate and timely statutory reporting to relevant institutions (including ZUS) Cooperate with external authorities (ZUS, tax office,…
