Accessibility Statement

Last updated: November 2026

Our commitment

Trixtu is committed to making its website accessible to as many people as possible, including users with disabilities. We work continuously to improve the accessibility of our platform.

Standards followed

We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and more user-friendly for everyone.

Conformance status

The current website partially conforms with WCAG 2.1 level AA. Below is a summary of the situation:

  • Supported keyboard navigation, semantic HTML structure, sufficient colour contrast in core flows, alt text on images uploaded by organizers when provided.
  • Partially supported screen reader experience for some interactive widgets (calendars, custom dropdowns, image cropper) is not yet fully tested.
  • Known issues some user-uploaded content (event images, organizer descriptions) may not include alt text or sufficient contrast — this is outside our direct control but we encourage organizers to provide accessible content.

Limitations and alternatives

Despite our best efforts, you may encounter some limitations:

  • Third-party content (TikTok pixel, Stripe checkout, embedded maps) follows the accessibility of those providers.
  • Some legacy event posters may lack textual alternatives.
  • User-generated descriptions are not automatically reviewed for accessibility.

If you experience a barrier that prevents you from using a feature, please contact us — we will provide an alternative.

Feedback

We welcome feedback on the accessibility of Trixtu. If you encounter a barrier, please let us know:

We aim to respond within 5 working days.
